How to Open a Shared Mailbox on the Web Version of Outlook

These are the instructions on how to Open a Shared Mailbox on the Web Version of Outlook
  1. Go to outlook.office.com

  2. Sign into a personal/work account.

  3. Click the My Accounts button in the upper right-hand corner.




  4. A side menu will appear. Click Open another Mailbox.





  5. Selecting Open another Mailbox will open a pop-up window, like the one below:



  6. Type in the email address of the  Shared Account.
  7. This will open the Shared Accounts Email.
